Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Casper platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Use of Service

Eligibility

To use Casper, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Not using Casper wallets as long-term storage for large sums
  • Withdrawing profits regularly rather than accumulating large balances
  • Limiting stored funds to amounts you can afford to lose
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

Prohibited Activities

When using Casper, you agree not to:

  1. Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  4. Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  5. Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities
  6. Use bots or automation except through our provided APIs
  7. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  8. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Platform Services

Trading Features

Casper provides tools for multi-wallet trading and launching on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to: wallet management, order execution, portfolio tracking, and market analysis tools.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our systems are monitored 24/7 with automated alerts for any service disruptions. In the rare event of an outage, our team is notified instantly and will prioritize restoring full functionality.

Fees and Payments

Certain features of Casper may require payment of fees. All fees are:

  • Clearly disclosed before any transaction
  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Exclusive of any applicable taxes

Network fees (gas fees) for blockchain transactions are determined by the network and are not controlled by Casper.

Intellectual Property

The Casper platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Casper and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will meet your specific requirements
  • The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Trading results will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the platform will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casper and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
